摘  要:教学与实践实验的信息化实验系统对培养具备工程实践和科技创新型特点的食品学科人才有重要意义。信息化实验系统将食品工程多模式、多元化、多层次教学与实践实验整合,实现了课堂内外资源共享和教学与实践的融合。信息化实验系统是多层次、全方位、创新型、开放式的实验系统,包括专业教学实验与实践信息共享平台、虚拟仿真实验平台及自媒体交流平台,实现多学科知识交叉教学、课堂教学实验与课外实践实验的贯通,有益于创新型综合实践人才的培养。The information-based experimental system of teaching and practical experiment was of momentous current significance for cultivating talents in food subjects with engineering practice and technological innovation.The establishment of the information-based experimental system integrated the multi-mode,multi-diversity,multi-level teaching and practice experiment of food engineering,and realized the resource sharing inside and outside the classroom,and integration of teaching and practice.The information-based experimental system,a multi-level,comprehensive,creative and open experiment system,included the professional teaching experiment and practice of information sharing platform,virtual simulation experiment platform and the media communication platform,which could realize interdisciplinary knowledge teaching,and connected experiment between classroom teaching and extracurricular practice,and benefit to training of innovative personnel oriented to comprehensive practice.
