摘　　要：文章以H学院光通信技术专业为例,分析了目前现代学徒制推行过程中的相关问题,通过实践得出了在该模式下取得的初步成效,也为通信类其它专业现代学徒制的开展提供依据。Taking the optical communication technology specialty of H College as an example, this paper analyzes the problems in the implementation of the current modern apprenticeship system, and obtains the preliminary results through practice, which also provides the basis for the development of modern apprenticeship system for other communication majors.
