摘  要:高等院校新教师入职引导工作的质量直接影响教师的职业能力发展,本文依据组织社会化理论,从新教师入职引导工作入手,对高校新教师组织社会化现有问题如教学管理、人际环境、心理等方面的问题进行分析,从而对现有的入职引导系统进行优化,融合PDCA持续改进理论,设计基于组织社会化的新教师入职引导实施模型设计,进而促进高校新教师组织社会化进程,培养优秀的高等教育人才,促进我国高等教育事业的发展。The quality of new teachers"induction work in colleges and universities directly affects the development of teachers"professional ability.Based on the theory of organizational socialization,this paper starts with the new teachers"induction work,and the existing problems of socialization of new teachers in colleges and universities,such as teaching management and interpersonal environment.Analyze the problems of psychological and other aspects,so as to optimize the existing induction guidance system,integrate the PDCA continuous improvement theory,design the new teacher induction guidance implementation model based on organizational socialization,and then promote the socialization process of new teachers in colleges and universities.Cultivate outstanding talents for higher education and promote the development of higher education in China.
