摘　　要：当前,教育实习的低效成为一个普遍和突出的问题,课例研究引入教育实习是解决这一问题的实操性路径,它能够有力推动师范实习生教学能力和科研能力的同步发展。师范实习生要经历一次完整且比较深入的课例研究活动,需依循如下步骤:理论学习--问题确定--课题选择--名课研习--课例综述--教学设计--说课议课--上课观课--反思评课--修改教案--撰写报告。The low efficiency of educational practice has become a common and prominent problem. It is a good way to solve this problem by introducing teacher intern experience into a complete and in-depth case study. Teacher interns can follow the following steps to carry out case study activities:theoretical learning,problem determination,topic selection,study of famous courses,summary of case study,teaching design,explanation and discussion of courses,observation of classes,reflection and evaluation of courses,revision of teaching plans,writing reports.
