摘　　要：实践课程体系是应用型本科院校实现人才培养目标的关键途径。在“以学生就业能力为导向”的理念指导下,坚持系统性、市场化和实用性原则,构建出基于职业标准的“12345”酒店管理专业实践课程体系,同时从校内外实训基地建设、“双师型教”的引进和培养以及加强对实践课程教学的过程性管理等三个角度来保障实践课程体系的有效实施,真正实现应用型人才培养目标。The practical curriculum system of hospitality management specialty is the key way to realize the goal of talents training in applied undergraduate colleges.Guided by the concept of“the employment capability of students,”adhering to the principle of systematization,marketization and practicability,the paper constructs a practical curriculum system of“12345”based on the occupational standards.In addition,the effective implementation of the system can be guaranteed from the following three aspects,namely,the construction of internal and external practical training bases,the introduction and cultivation of“double-qualified”teachers,and the strengthening of the process management of practical courses.Finally,the target of applied talents training can be realized.
