摘　　要：学校教育的根本目的在于促进学生的全面发展,实现“完人”的教育目标。学校教育关注教师质量的提高、注重教师素养的提升,试图以教师的专业发展促进学生质量的提升,这是当代学校教育的基本使命。但教育的终点是倡导学生自我完善。因此,学校教育应重构价值观念,引导学生自我教育、促进学生自我发展。The fundamental purpose of school education is to promote the overall development of students and achieve the educational goal of the"perfect person".It is the basic mission of the school education to pay attention to the improvement of teachers'quality,pay attention to the improvement of teachers'quality and try to promote the improvement of students'quality by teachers'professional development.But the end of education is to encourage self-improvement.Therefore,school education should reconstruct values,guide students'self-education and promote their self-development.
