民办高职院校生源差异下教学质量提升研究

摘　　要：近年来,在民办高职院校扩招的背景下,学生生源类型及层次出现了多样化及差异化特征。这意味着民办高职院校不可避免地需要在教学方面予以优化创新,全面提升教学质量,从而进一步适应生源特征,达成提高学生总体素质的目标,力争为社会各领域输送优秀的高水平技能人才,进而为民办高职院校的可持续发展夯实基础。In recent years, with the rapid development and general expansion of private vocational colleges, higher vocational education has become an important way of popular education. Under the background of private higher vocational colleges’ enrollment expansion, the types and levels of student resources are increasingly diversified and differentiated. This also means that private higher vocational colleges inevitably need to optimize and innovate in teaching, improve teaching quality in an all-round way, so as to further adapt to the characteristics of students, achieve the purpose of enhancing the overall quality of students, strive to transport excellent high-level talents with high skills for all fields of society, and lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of private higher vocational colleges.
