摘　　要：职教教师教学能力是职业教育教学质量的根本。本研究基于国内外职业教育教师教学能力标准和提升途径的研究基础,开发了包括基本理论模块、基本能力模块(课程开发、课堂实施、信息化教学、教学资源开发)和拓展能力模块(人才培养方案开发、校企合作、自我专业提升)的能力框架,并通过细化标准,采用DACUM开发出了教学能力提升培训课程项目,通过在部分职业院校落地进行实证研究,进一步优化了能力框架和培训课程。The instructional competency of vocational and technical college teachers is the key to quality of vocational education. Based on the competency model and training framework developed home and abroad for the vocational college teachers, this research focuses on an empirical research of the instructional competencies and develops a set of courses via DACUM. The courses have been implemented in some colleges with proven effects.
