摘 要:内科学教学中,血液病学专科性强、理论知识难度大,进入临床实习阶段的学生由于面临考研和就业的双重压力,缺乏学习主动性和积极性,普遍存在基础薄弱、临床教学质量不佳的现象。而带教教师身兼数职,精力有限,教学能力参差不齐,教学工作积极性不高,从而形成了学生不学、教师不教的不良循环。提高血液病学临床教学质量,应从提高学生学习兴趣、增强学习的主动性入手,提高教师素质,改进教学方法,充分利用微信等平台,使学生在较短时间内融入临床实践,通过专科临床技能培训、参与医患沟通实践、注重人文教育等方面提高临床教学质量。In the teaching of internal medicine, hematology has strong specialty and difficult theoretical knowledge. Because of the double pressure of postgraduate entrance examination and employment, students who enter the clinical practice stage lack initiative and enthusiasm in learning. Weak foundation and poor quality of clinical teaching are common phenomena in clinical learning. Teachers have several jobs, limited energy, uneven teaching abilities and low enthusiasm for teaching, thus forming a bad cycle of students not learning and teachers not teaching. In order to improve the quality of clinical teaching of hematology, we should start with improving students’ interest and initiative in learning, improving teachers’ quality and teaching methods, making full use of Wechat and other platforms, so that students can integrate into clinical practice in a short time, and improve the quality of clinical teaching through specialized clinical skills training, participating in doctor-patient communication practice and paying attention to humanistic education.
