继续社会化视域下的老年教育发展策略重构

摘　　要：从分析当前老年教育中存在的观念相对滞后、机构设置覆盖率偏低、教育内容同质化现象严重、教育方法与形式陈旧单一、机构协同发展欠缺等突出问题入手,探讨提出继续社会化视域下老年教育发展策略重构的途径,即理念重构、目标重构、内容重构和方法重构。Starting from the analysis of the relatively backward concepts in the current elderly education,the low coverage of institutional settings,the serious homogeneity of educational content,the obsolete and singular educational methods and forms,and the lack of coordinated institutional development,the paper explores the ways to restructure the development strategy of the elderly education in the vision of continued socialization,that is,idea reconstruction,goal reconstruction,content reconstruction and method reconstruction.
