依托社区教育推进学习型城市建设的实践与探索——以南京市为例

摘　　要：南京市以社区教育为依托,在体质机制、经费投入、师资队伍建设、数字化平台建设、学习资源建设、老年大学建设等方面抓落实、求实效,学习型城市建设成果显著。在总结南京市社区教育工作的基础上,针对存在的问题与挑战,提出创新社区教育模式、提高社区教育质量、提升社区教育服务能力等举措,以进一步促进南京市学习型城市建设的高水平推进。Based on community education,Nanjing has made great efforts to ensure implementation and seek actual effects in such aspects as administration mechanism,funding,teacher construction,digital platform construction,learning resource construction,and elderly university construction.The construction of learning cities has achieved remarkable results.Based on the summary of the community education work in Nanjing,according to the existing problems and challenges,it proposes measures to innovate community education models,improve the quality of community education,and improve the capacity of community education services to further promote the high-level advancement of the construction of a learning city in Nanjing.
