摘 要:2018年6-7月,通过网络平台对3.6万余名学员进行了问卷调查。当前使用台式电脑学习的人最多,并且绝大多数认为学习网使用便捷。使用手机评价学习网使用便捷的比例稍低。随着学生的年轻化,使用手机学习的人的比率明显增加,这就提示网站设计人员关注手机端的功能设计。在满意度方面,学生普遍认为在国开的学习对个人职业发展的帮助很大,相关性分析表明学生对支持服务的满意度对最终的满意度影响最大,而且教师的辅导和答疑对学生的满意度具有直接正面的影响。年龄对学习结果满意度的影响不是一个固定的因素,年龄因素也不影响人们对课程资源是否合适的判断,但是随着年龄增大,认为学习网使用便捷的人数比例略有增长。In June and July,2018,the authors questionnaired more than 36,000 learners.Most people use desktop computers to learn,and the vast majority think that learning network is convenient to use.As for mobile phone learners,their evaluation for the convenience of learning network is a little lower.As students turn younger,the proportion of people using mobile phones to learn has increased significantly,which prompts website designers to pay attention to the functional design of mobile terminal.In terms of satisfaction,students generally believe that learning in the Open University of China is of great help to personal career development.Relevance analysis shows that students’satisfaction with support services has the greatest impact on final satisfaction,and teachers’counseling and answering questions have a direct positive impact on students’satisfaction.Age is not a fixed factor affecting the satisfaction of learning outcomes.Age does not affect people’s judgment on the appropriateness of curriculum resources.However,with the increase of age,the proportion of people who think that learning network is convenient to use increases slightly.
