摘　　要："课程思政"是实现"把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程"的必然选择,也是高校落实立德树人根本任务的必由之路。"课程思政"的建设效果取决于作为建设主体的高校教师之素质,这自然离不开卓有成效的高校教师思政工作。然而,当前高校教师思政工作面临着从思想认识、制度保障到基本内容、技术支持等方面的现实困境。要通过体制机制、基本内容和方式方法等方面的创新,推动形成高校教师思政工作新局面,这既是高校思政工作的重要组成部分,也是"课程思政"建设的现实要求。The integration of ideological and political education into courses is an inevitable choice to realize the target of implementing ideological and political work throughout the whole process of education and teaching.It is also the only road for universities to implement the fundamental task of enhancing morality and fostering talents.The effect of this integration depends on the quality of college teachers who are the main body of course education.However,nowadays the ideological and political work of college teachers is faced with realistic difficulties,such as understanding of basic content,mechanism guarantee and technology support.In order to make new progress of ideological and political work of college teachers,we must innovate the system and mechanism,basic contents and methods,which is an important part of ideological and political work in colleges and universities and also the realistic demand of integration of ideological and political education into courses.
