高职院校教师教学能力考核各维度评分权重研究——以滁州职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：教师教学能力考核是一项内容复杂的综合性工作,基于360度教师教学能力绩效考评,从学生评教、系部评价、督导(领导干部)评价、同行互评、教师自评等五个维度开展考评,但五个维度各自权重设置不同,会对考核结果产生不同的影响。以滁州职业技术学院教师教学能力考核数据为例,通过比较分析,对教师教学能力考核各维度权重进行相对合理的设定,使教师教学能力考核结果更为客观公正。Teaching ability assessment to teachers is complicated and integrated.Based on teacher’s performance assessment,it should follow five dimensions,including student evaluation,department evaluation,supervisor(or leader)evaluation,colleague evaluation,and self-evaluation.If weight of each dimension is set differently,different influence must take place to check results.Taking the data of teaching ability assessment from Chuzhou Vocational and Technical College as an example,with comparative analysis,various weights are reset reasonably,which makes the results of teaching ability assessment fairer and more objective.
