充分发挥高校科研育人功能 促进思想政治工作上水平

摘　　要：科学研究活动蕴含着丰富的思政育人功能。能够培养师生的政治素养和思想作风,创新意识和实践能力,团队协作与集体攻关能力,做人的道德与诚信。近年来,高校思想政治工作取得了一系列进展,但还存在科研育人的意识不强,科研育人的效果评价机制尚未建立,科研育人的协同保障体系尚未形成等问题。为此,提出进一步强化科研育人意识,以正确的价值取向和意识形态引领科研育人,建立科研育人的评价机制,构建高校科研育人的良好机制等四条措施,以促进科研育人功能。Scientific research a lways plays an important role in ideological and political education. It can help both teachers and students enrich their political knowledge,improve their ideological quality,enhance their awareness of innovation and practice abilities,and boost their team work spirit in tackling key problems. In recent years,significant progress has been made by universities in these aspects,but there are still problems such as weak awareness and absence of an evaluation mechanism and coordinated guarantee system. Therefore,in order to give full play to the role of scientific research in ideological education and promote innovation,4 strategies are put forward in this paper:improving the awareness of the role of scientific research in ideological education,guiding the work of education in research with our socialist core values,setting up a good mechanism for education in research,and establishing a reasonable evaluation system to evaluate the performance.
