关于黑龙江省餐饮业非遗项目挖掘与保护的对策建议

摘　　要：黑龙江省餐饮业是黑龙江经济发展的重要组成部分,黑龙江省餐饮业非遗项目挖掘与保护可以更好地助力传统文化的弘扬和地方经济的发展。文章以黑龙江省餐饮业非遗保护现状为研究出发点,对黑龙江省餐饮文化研究的良好基础、黑龙江省文化遗产保护中心的重视以及省内餐饮行业内的积极参与予以肯定。在此基础上,进一步指出对黑龙江省餐饮业非遗项目研究其文化内涵及社会价值,将有利于充分体现黑龙江餐饮文化特点、在市场竞争中获得良好的口碑和提升社会影响力。The catering industry is an important part of the economy of Heilongjiang Province,and to explore and protect catering projects with intangible cultural heritage,therefore,can be a great boost to both dissemination of traditional culture and development of local economy.Departing from an analysis of the current situation of protection of intangible cultural heritage in the catering industry,this paper first positively comments on the foundation of research on catering culture,attention of the Cultural Heritage Protection Center of Heilongjiang Province and participation from the whole catering industry of the Province before proceeding to point out that the cultural connotation and social value of the research projects on intangible cultural heritage can highlight the cultural characteristics of the catering industry of Heilongjiang Province,promote its notability on the market and enhance its social influence.
