摘  要:本研究基于宏观面板数据分析了我国特殊教育师资队伍的建设情况。结果显示:改革开放四十年,我国特殊教育事业蓬勃发展,成就斐然,但也隐现出义务教育入学率偏低、生师比偏高、校均学生数偏多、教师流失情况严重、区域发展不均衡、专任教师性别比例失衡、师资队伍过于年轻化、学历教育与专业成长相脱节、职后培训整体实效和质量欠佳等诸多突出问题亟待解决。Based on the macro panel data,this research analyzes the construction of special education faculty team in China.The analysis finds that though a rapid progress has been made in special education in China over the 40 years since reform and opening-up,many problems still exist,such as,the lower enrollment ratio of compulsory education,the higher student-faculty ratio,the serious personnel loss of teachers,the unbalanced development among different areas,the unbalanced full-time teachers'genders,the unduly young age of teachers,the disconnection between academic education and professional development and the poor effect and quality of in post training.
