摘 要:目前高校医学教育技术工作的教学效果不佳,教师依然运用传统方法开展教学,未能促进学生综合能力的不断提升,传统的教学手段存在诸多弊端,教师需形成创新的教学理念,才能培养出一批高素质的医学人才。如教师可以制作合适的导学案、设置典型的病例、注重课堂互动,并对教学中的重难点进行全面的阐述。然而教师仅对学生进行验证性的实验教学,在此基础上,学生的学习兴趣未能被充分激发,并且学生仅会参照书本的内容开展实验,思维将会处于一种僵化的模式中,最终,当学生实验中出现问题的时候,学生不会形成主动分析的意识。At present,the teaching effect of medical education technology work in colleges and universities is not good,teachers still use traditional methods to carry out teaching,fail to promote the continuous growth of students'comprehensive ability,at the same time,with the current reform of education and teaching system,teachers need to gradually optimize teaching methods,in order to cultivate a number of high-quality medical talents.For example,teachers can make appropriate guidance plans,set typical cases,pay attention to classroom interaction,and comprehensively explain the key and difficult points in teaching.However,teachers only conduct experimental teaching to verify students.On this basis,students'interest in learning is not fully stimulated,and students only carry out experiments with reference to the content of books,so their thinking will be in a rigid mode.Finally,when there are problems in students'experiments,students will not form the consciousness of active analysis.
