摘　　要：现代质量文化建设既是高职院校教学诊改面临的三大目标任务之一,也是影响内部质量保证体系诊改成效的瓶颈。高职院校要认清质量文化的内涵与特征,把握质量文化建设在诊改中的地位,厘清质量文化建设理论依据及遵循原则,探明质量文化建设路径,以保障高职院校常态化自主诊改机制的运行,保障技术技能人才培养质量的提升。At present,the construction of modern quality culture is not only one of the three major tasks faced by teaching diagnosis and improvement in higher vocational colleges,but also a bottleneck affecting the effectiveness of internal quality assurance system diagnosis and improvement.To this end,higher vocational colleges must recognize the connotation and characteristics of quality culture,grasp the status of quality culture construction in diagnosis and improvement,clarify the theoretical basis and principles of quality culture construction,and explore the path of quality culture construction to ensure the normal operation of self-diagnosis and improvement mechanism in higher vocational colleges and ensure the improvement of the quality of technical and skilled talents training.
