摘  要:在集团化办学背景下,以食品生物工艺专业为切入点,坚持以培养学生综合职业能力为目标,创新技能人才培养模式,提高人才培养质量,探索“校企双导师、招生招工一体化、工学结合一体化、校企管理一体化”的育人模式,逐步建立符合中等职业学校教育规律的具有鲜明特色的现代学徒制,形成长效的育人机制.此文着重介绍了现代学徒制育人模式实践过程中的具体做法和取得的效果,为本市及全国同类学校的专业群或其他专业育人模式的改革提供做法经验,发挥示范作用.Under the background of school running by means of collectivization,with the major of food biotechnology as point of penetration,we,following the goal to cultivate the comprehensive vocational skills of students,have made innovations in skilled talents cultivation mode,improve the talents cultivation quality,explored the education model of"school-enterprise double tutors,integration of student recruitment and worker recruitment,work-study combination,and school-enterprise management integration",gradually established the modernapprenticeship system which is in line with secondary vocational school education law and has distinctive characteristics,to form long-term education mechanism.This paper mainly introduces the specific action and effect obtained in the practice process of modern apprenticeship system,to provide the experience of practice for the reform of education models of the same schools in the city and throughout the country or other specialized groups,and develop the demonstration effect.
