摘 要:目的探讨在眼科临床实习教学中采用以问题为导向的教学方法(PBL)对医学生临床思维能力的培养策略及效果。方法随机将2018—2019学年度第二学期在该院眼科进行临床实习的76名医学生均分为两组,以其中一组为PBL组,另一组为对照组。PBL组应用PBL教学模式,对照组应用常规教学模式,实习结束后对两组医学生的教学效果进行评价与对比。结果PBL组医学生在医患沟通、知识拓展、学习兴趣、课程能力培养等方面的满意度高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PBL组病例分析及实际操作的平均实习考核成绩均高于对照组同期,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在眼科临床实习教学中应用PBL教学模式可显著提升实习学生的临床思维能力及课程能力培养满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the use of problem-oriented teaching methods in clinical practice teaching(PBL)The training strategy and effect of clinical thinking ability of medical students.Methods 76 medical students who underwent clinical internship in the ophthalmology department of the hospital in the second semester of 2018-2019 were randomly divided into two groups,one of which was PBL and the other was control group.The PBL group applied the PBL teaching mode,and the control group applied the regular teaching mode.After the internship,the teaching effects of the two groups of medical students were evaluated and compared.Results The satisfaction of medical students in the PBL group was higher than that of the control group in terms of communication between doctors and patients,knowledge development,learning fun,and curriculum ability training.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average internship assessment scores of the PBL group and the actual operation were higher than the control group,and the data between the groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching mode in ophthalmology clinical practice teaching can significantly improve the clinical thinking ability and curriculum ability training satisfaction of interns,which is worth promoting.
