摘　　要：高职院校内部质量保证体系建设的目的是要学校落实人才培养质量保证的主体责任,全员树立全面的质量观,利用自我保证、自我发展、自我完善的手段提高学校、专业、课程、教师及学生各类工作的效率和质量;智能化校园平台以“微服务”应用实现各类事务的碎片化、协同化处理,并依托大数据技术对服务绩效、服务质量进行统计分析,提供实时预警、诊断改进等服务,为学校内部质量保证体系的落地提供量化决策支持。The purpose of the construction of internal quality assurance system in higher vocational colleges is to implement the main responsibility of personnel training quality assurance,establish a comprehensive quality concept for all staff,improve the efficiency and quality of all kinds of work of schools,majors,courses,teachers and students by means of self assurance,self-development and self-improvement,and realize all kinds of work by the application of“micro service”on intelligent campus platform.The fragmentation and collaborative processing of affairs,and statistical analysis of service performance and service quality based on big data technology,provide real-time early warning,diagnosis and improvement services,and provide quantitative decision support for the implementation of the internal quality assurance system of the school.
