摘 要:为顺应新工科背景下电子信息类创新人才培养模式改革以及创新人才培养的迫切性,满足创新人才培养服务社会的需求,结合学校教学特色提出了以竞赛为载体的电子信息类创新人才培养模式的探索与实践。以课程改革为基础,学科竞赛为载体,协同育人机制为依托,制定了创新人才分层次培养方案,构建了工程实践平台,重构了实验教学体系,完善了创新人才培养机制,提升了具有创新意识、创新精神和创新能力的创新型人才培养质量。In order to comply with the reform of the training mode of innovation talents in electronic information,cultivate innovative talents under the background of new engineering subjects,meet the needs of innovative talents of society,combined with the teaching characteristics of the school,this paper puts forward the exploration and practice of the training mode of electronic information innovation talents with competition as the carrier,and formulates innovation.It also reconstructs the engineering practice platform,rebuilds the teaching system,improves and perfects the innovative talent training mechanism which based on curriculum reform,taking subject competition as carrier and relying on collaborative education mechanism.Furthermore,it improves the quality of cultivating innovative talents with innovative consciousness,spirit and ability.
