摘  要:职业教育发展是促进西藏经济社会健康发展的助推器,产教融合是西藏职业教育改革发展的重要途径,"放管服"给西藏职业教育发展提供了广阔的发展空间。西藏职业教育的产教契合度有待提高,与区域经济社会发展、行业企业发展及职业教育自身发展等的需求还有较大差距。基于西藏职业教育的现状,提出从政府引导、行业参与、校企融合发展的维度明晰西藏职业教育的治理路径。The development of vocational education is a booster to promote the healthy development of Tibet’s economy and society.The integration of production and education is an important approach for the reform and development of vocational education in Tibet."Release,Management and Service"provide vocational education in Tibet with broad space of development.The integration of industry and education in Tibet’s vocational education needs to be improved,and there is still a large gap between the needs of regional economic and social development,industry and enterprise development,and the development of vocational education itself.Based on current status of Tibet’s vocational education,it is proposed to clarify the path of governance of Tibet’s vocational education from the dimensions of government guidance,industry participation,and school-enterprise integration and development.
