摘 要:通识教育是一种大学教育理念和教育模式,注重在科学实践中培养学生的人文情怀和科学素养,以期达到全面育人的目的。不同于专业性的基础《生物化学实验》教学,通识教育背景下《生物化学实验》课程的设置和教学应从激发学生兴趣、普及科学知识、注重规范操作等方面着手;在教学组织上要精心准备实验内容,教学方式上要灵活多样,教学反馈要及时准确。《生物化学实验》课程的学习让学生学会生物化学基本知识与技能的融会贯通、综合利用,同时结合生活实例培育学生安全环保的意识和社会责任感及科学人文观的形成,以促进学生的全面发展。General education is a kind of university education concept and education mode,focusing on cultivating students’humanistic feelings and scientific literacy through scientific practice in order to achieve the goal of all-round education.Different from professional basic biochemistry experiment teaching,the setting and teaching of Biochemistry Experiment course under the background of general education should start with stimulating students’interest,popularizing scientific knowledge,paying attention to standardized operation,etc.In the teaching organization,the experimental contents should be carefully prepared,the teaching methods should be flexible and varied,and the teaching feedback should be timely and accurate.Through the experiment teaching,students can learn the basic knowledge and skills of biochemistry and make comprehensive use of them.At the same time,students’awareness of safety and environmental protection and their sense of social responsibility and the formation of scientific and humanistic views can be cultivated in combination with living examples,so as to promote students’all-round development.
