摘 要:信息化教学设计能力(备课能力)、说课能力与授课能力、听课能力、评课(研课)能力统称为教师必备的"五课"能力。基于近十年来自身实践和指导师范生、一线教师进行信息化教学设计与说课的经验教训,系统阐述了提升信息化教学设计与说课质量的方法策略,旨在帮助广大教师提升信息化教学能力,加快自身专业发展进程。这些方法策略包括:①加强信息化教学理论学习,提升信息化教学理论素养;②牢固树立"立德树人、育人为本、学习者中心"等先进的教育理念和教学思想;③遵循信息化教学设计规范,做到要素齐全、结构完整和逻辑清晰,巧用模板提升设计效率和质量;④选题(内容)直击学习者"痛点、痒点、兴奋点",适合发挥信息技术优势;⑤加强创意设计,巧妙融入人文、艺术、传统文化和本土特色;⑥加强前端分析(教学起点分析),为后续设计打下坚实基础;⑦精准定位教学目标,注意层次性,关注核心素养;⑧合理选择教学模式、教学方法、教学策略、教学环境与资源;⑩精心设计教学过程,科学安排教学活动,优化教学流程;?全面、精确、及时进行教学评价与教学反思,突显教学特色与创新;?既要大量观摩、善于借鉴,更要勇于超越、大胆突破;?修炼"五合一"的说课技巧,实现"五个出彩",展现名师风采。Information-based teaching design ability(lesson preparation ability),teaching plan presenting ability and teaching ability,observing class ability,class evaluation(course study)ability are collectively referred to as teachers’essential"five-lesson"ability.Based on the practice and the experience of guiding normal university students and front-line teachers to carry out information-based teaching design and teaching in recent ten years,this paper systematically expounds the methods and strategies to improve the quality of information-based teaching design and teaching plan presenting,aiming at helping teachers to improve their information-based teaching ability and accelerate their professional development.These methods and strategies include:(1)strengthening the learning of information-based teaching theory,improving the information-based teaching theory literacy;(2)firmly setting up the’moral education,cultivation-orientation,learner center"and other advanced educational concepts and teaching ideas;(3)following the information-based teaching design standards,making the elements complete,clarifying the structure and logic,and skillfully using templates to improve the design efficiency and quality;(4)topics(content)should directly hit the learner’s"pain point,itch point,excitement point"in order to be suitable for information technology advantages;(5)strengthening the creative design,skillfully integrating the humanities,arts,traditional culture and local characteristics;(6)strengthening the front-end analysis(teaching starting point analysis)to lay a solid foundation for the follow-up design;(7)making an accurate positioning of teaching objectives,paying attention to different levels,and focusing on the core quality;(8)rationally choosing teaching modes,teaching methods,teaching strategies,teaching environment and resources;(9)carefully designing the teaching process,arranging the teaching activities scientifically,and optimizing the teaching process;(10)making comprehensive,accurate and timely teaching ev
