摘  要:随着教育综合改革的推进,立德树人、课程思政都对教师的职业道德、职业能力、职业品质提出了新要求,教师在传授知识、技能的同时,更应注重人的培养。育人课堂教学是一个战场,但不限于课堂教学,它应该是全方位的,需要教师转变职业教育理念,沉下心来创新地开展各项建设,实现个人价值与学生价值提升的双重效果,以教育部倡导的"金课"建设为契机,从教师建设"金课"、用好"金课"的角度开展全员、全方位、全过程的育人服务。With the development of comprehensive reform of education, teachers’ professional ethics, professional ability and professional quality have been put forward with the promotion of comprehensive reform of education. Teachers should pay more attention to the cultivation of people while imparting knowledge and skills. Classroom teaching of educating people is a battlefield, but not limited to classroom teaching, it should be omni-directional, it needs teachers to change the concept of vocational education and sink their hearts to carry out all kinds of construction innovatively. To realize the double effect of personal value and student value promotion, taking the construction of "gold course" advocated by the Ministry of Education as an opportunity to carry out the whole staff, omni-directional and all-round education and clothing from the point of view of teachers’ construction of "gold course" and the use of gold class.
