摘 要:高校思想政治理论课教师教学能力发展是教师队伍建设乃至整个思政理论课程建设的关键,高校思想政治理论课教师教学能力发展本身饱含了教学实践本味的坚守、思政课程建设的推手、教师专业发展的应然等价值蕴含,但同样也面临着教学理念固化造成的"以学生为中心"理论观照的缺位、课程改革要求凸显了课程设置的"滞后"、教师"主体地位"的羸弱致使教师专业发展的不充分等现实困境,进而应通过体悟教育本真、重塑教学理念、立足育人要求、把握课程属性,加强教师发展的主体意识、学会教学反思、强化教师教学合作、构建教师教学发展共同体等路径加强教师教学能力的发展。Promoting the teaching ability of teachers who teach ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities is key to the construction of teacher teams and even the whole related courses. This promotion entails the persistence of teaching practice,the construction of ideological and political curriculum,the professional development of teachers and so on. But it also faces the absence of student-centered theories caused by the solidification of teaching concept. The curriculum reform highlights the"lag"of curriculum design and the weakness of teachers’ "subject position",which leads to the insufficiency of teachers’ professional development and other realistic dilemmas. Then we should strengthen the development of teachers’ teaching ability by revealing the true nature of education,satisfying the requirement of educating people,reshaping the teaching concept,understanding the curriculum attribute,strengthening the subject consciousness in teachers’ development,learning to reflect on teaching,strengthening teachers’ teaching cooperation,and constructing the community of teachers’ teaching development.
