摘　　要：班主任工作关系到班级的管理水平和学生的学习质量,一个优秀的班主任需要有爱心和耐心,需要有独特的工作方法。文章认为赏识和尊重可以为学生的人生积蓄能量,课程是学生走向成功的载体,主题班会可以为学生前进方向导航,培养劳动技能可促进学生的全面发展。The work of the head teacher is related to the management level of the class and the learning quality of the students.An excellent head teacher needs love,patience and unique working methods.The article holds that appreciation and respect can accumulate energy for students'life,curriculum is the carrier for students to succeed,theme class meeting can guide students'direction of progress,cultivate labor skills and promote students'all-round development.
