摘 要:精馏及萃取单元操作是化工原理下册最复杂的内容,也是目前化学工程设计中重要和关键的工艺环节,具有理论性强、微观宏观概念并存、计算复杂、难掌握等特点,对教学方法和手段提出了相应的要求。本文以团队对皮革行业废水中溶剂回收工程案例为主线,在精馏萃取课堂学习后期,对于前后三个章节进行立体教学,进而加深学生对课堂知识的理解深度和掌握程度,同时也拓展学生化工工程设计能力。Distillation and extraction unit operation is the most complicated chapters in the second volume of chemical engineering principles,and is also an important and key part in the chemical engineering design.It has the characteristics of strong theoretic,co-existence of micro and macro concepts,complicated calculation and very difficult to understand.In this paper,the solvent recovery project case in the waste water of leather industry was taken as the main line by the team.In the late stage of distillation and extraction class learning,three-dimensional teaching was carried out for these sequential three chapters,so as to deepen students’understanding and mastery of classroom knowledge and expand their ability of chemical engineering design.
