摘 要:氮化硼作为一种具有重要应用前景的第三代半导体,对下一代信息技术的发展具有着重要的意义,在此背景下氮化硼二维材料应用课程的教学质量显得尤为重要。本文通过小组讨论式教学、研究式教学、专题式讲解与多样化考核等方面的教学方法革新与创新实验研究课程机器学习的引入,着重在氮化硼二维材料应用课程的教学中引导学生自主思维、自主构建知识体系并且学习新型材料研究方法,以此提学生学习效率,改善教学质量。As a third-generation semiconductor, Boron nitride is deemed to have a great application potential and of crucial importance to the development of next generation information technology. Under this background, it becomes very important that the course of Two-dimensionalBoron nitride Materials Applicationis taught in a guaranteed quality. This article aims to introduce a teaching reform of the course by carrying out new teaching methods and a machine learning research, in attempt to guide the students to think independently, build knowledge structures of their own and learn a new method of studying materials. With such reforms it is expected students’ learning efficiency and the course’s teaching quality will be improved.
