摘　　要：高校承担着教学、科研和服务社会三大职能,良好的人力资源管理是实现高校三大职能的重要保障。本文从管理心理学视角分析高校人力资源管理现状,从管理心理学角度提出高校人力资源管理的相关策略,以期提高人力资源管理效果。Colleges and universities undertake the three major functions of teaching,scientific research,and service to society.Good human resources management is an important guarantee for achieving the three major functions of colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the current situation of human resources management in colleges and universities from the perspective of management psychology,and proposes relevant strategies of human resources management in colleges and universities from the perspective of management psychology,in order to improve the effectiveness of human resources management.
