摘  要:《国家职业教育改革实施方案》(亦简称"职教20条")提出,在职业院校启动1+X证书试点工作,这对新时期职业技能人才的培养提出了更高要求,同时也对高职教师也提出了新的要求。在分析现有政策文件对高等职业教育教师职业能力要求的基础上,对高等职业教育教师能力结构进行了探究,以供相关人员参考。The pilot work of "1 + X" Certificate in vocational colleges is proposed in Implementation Plan of National Vocational Education Reform. It puts forward higher requirements for the education of vocational and technical talents in the new era. At the same time, it also has new requirements for teachers of Higher Vocational Colleges. On the basis of analyzing the requirements of the existing policy documents on the vocational competence of teachers in higher vocational education, this paper explores the vocational competence structure of teachers in higher vocational education for the reference of relevant personnel.
