供给侧视角下广州市职业教育结构改革研究

摘　　要：职业教育领域的供给侧结构性改革是针对职业教育发展过程中的制度、体系、结构、内涵、质量等问题,解决人才需求与职业教育供给之间的结构性矛盾,提高人才供给适应性,扩大有效供给,实现需求与供给的平衡。本文从梳理广州市产业结构、产业从业人员结构等发展脉络入手,从院校招生规模、专业结构、层次结构、职业教育体系等方面,分析产业发展与职业教育人才供给出现的结构性矛盾,并提出广州市职业教育供给侧结构性改革的路径。Aiming at the problems of the institution,system,structure,connotation and quality in the development of vocational education,the structural reform tries to solve the structural contradiction between the demand for talents and the supply of vocational education,improve the adaptability of the supply of talents,expand the effective supply,and keep the balance between the demand and supply in vocational education.This paper tries to hackle the industrial structure and industrial employees'structure of Guangzhou.From the aspects of college enrollment scale,vocational structure,hierarchical structure and vocational education system,the paper analyzes the structural contradictions between the industrial development and the supply of vocational education talents and puts forward the path of structural reform on the supply of Guangzhou vocational education.
