摘　　要：师资队伍建设一直是高等职业教育改革与发展过程中的重中之重,为培养适合现代职业教育的"工匠之师",结合《国家职业教育改革实施方案》,从"工匠之师"的内涵、培养"工匠之师"面临的困难、"工匠之师"的正确导向等方面进行了研究。The construction of teaching staff has always been the top priority in the reform and development of higher vocational education.In order to cultivate the"craftsman’s teacher"suitable for modern vocational education,this paper,based on the implementation plan of national vocational education reform,studies the connotation of"craftsman’s teacher",the difficulties in training"craftsman’s teacher"and the ways of training"craftsman’s teacher".
