摘  要:目的探讨基于思维导图的双轨教学对静脉用药调配中心规范护士岗位胜任力及教学满意度的影响。方法选取2016年8月至2019年5月我院静脉用药调配中心护士42名,采用随机抽样法将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组接受常规教学培训,观察组利用思维导图进行双轨教学培训。比较两组护士专业素养能力、实践创新能力、继续教育学习能力及教学满意度。结果观察组专业素养能力、实践创新能力、继续教育学习能力评分均高于对照组(P <0. 05),观察组教学满意度高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论将思维导图结合双轨教学模式应用于静脉用药调配中心护士教学培训中,能够全方位提高岗位胜任力及教学满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of double-track teaching based on mind map on post competence and teaching satisfaction of nurses in pharmacy intravenous admixture services. Methods To select 42 nurses from pharmacy intravenous admixture services of our hospital between August 2016 and May 2019 as the study subject,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random sampling method. The control group was given routine teaching training,while the observation group was given double-track teaching based on mind map. The professional ability,practical and innovation ability,continuing education learning ability and teaching satisfaction of nurses in the two groups were compared. Results The professional ability,practical and innovation ability and continuing education learning ability scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group( P <0. 05). The teaching satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Applying double-track teaching based on mind map in the training of nurses from pharmacy intravenous admixture services can improve their post competence and teaching satisfaction,which was worth popularizing and applying.
