摘  要:以集体行动理论作为分析视角,结合公共治理的内核,可以构建"选择性激励--制度规范--共赢善治"的高校继续教育治理实践逻辑。高校继续教育治理的实践逻辑决定了高校继续教育治理的发展路向。高校继续教育治理要遵循治理主体结构的合理化、信息公开的常态化、运行制度的完善化、治理目标的明确化这一路径,为高校继续教育治理发展指明行动方向。From the perspective of collective action, with the theory of public governance, it could construct the practical logic of continuing education governance at the university as "elective incentive-institutional norms-win-win and good governance". The practical logic reflects its development orientation. On this basis, it puts forward the rationalization of governance structure, the normalization of information disclosure, the improvement of operational system, and the clear path of governance promotion of governance objectives, which indicates the action direction for the development of continuing education governance at the university.
