视障大学生英语节奏产出特征的实验研究

摘  要:节奏是英语语音的灵魂,会极大地影响语言的交际效果。借助语音分析软件Praat从重轻读的音强、时长和停顿方面分析了视障大学生的英语节奏产出特征。研究表明,视障大学生英语重轻读的音强对比不明显,停顿偏误较多,节奏感较弱。文章还探索了适合视障大学生的节奏训练方法,以期提高其英语口语交际能力。Rhythm is the soul of English phonetics,which can greatly affect the communicative effect of English language. In this paper,Praat,a phonetics analysis software,is used to evaluate the production of English rhythm of visually impaired college students in terms of the intensity and duration of stressed and unstressed syllables and pauses. The research result shows that the contrast between the stressed and unstressed syllables produced by the visually impaired college students is not obvious and there are various pause errors as well,reflecting that their sense of rhythm is weak. In addition,a suitable rhythm training method is explored in order to improve the oral communication ability of the visually impaired college students.
