摘 要:文化具有穿透历史、引领未来的巨大力量。南通文化的“江海风情”“淮吴风韵”和“海派风神”三大特色,集中体现在通商的文化追求上。“崇文厚德”的南通文化性格,使通商的文化自信表现为多元共生中的优秀传统文化坚守,“祈通中西”的文化创新,重视教育的文化传统;使通商的文化自觉表现为“造福乡里”的人生观,“君子之俭”的价值观,变革进取的创新观;使通商的文化建设表现为“家文化”与现代企业管理融合的嫁接效应,因地制宜与借力发展兼容的海绵效应,培养人才与广纳人才并举的人力资本效应,科学管理与人文关怀的融合效应,多元投入文化事业的社会效应。Culture has a great power that can run through the history and lead the future.The three characteristics of Nantong culture“the style of sea and river”,“Huai-Wu style”and“Shanghai style”are embodied in the cultural pursuit of Nantong Merchants.Nantong cultural character of“advocating culture and virtue”manifests the cultural self-confidence of Nantong Merchants in traditional cultural adherence in the multi-element symbiosis,the cultural innovation of“linking China with the West”and the cultural tradition of attaching importance on education.The cultural awareness of the Nantong Merchants is consciously shown as the life outlook of“benefiting the hometown”,the value view of“diligence and thrift”,and the innovation view of change and progress.The construction of Nantong merchant’s culture is shown as the merge of“family culture”and modern enterprise management,and the compatibility of the local conditions and the leveraging,the human capital of training and recruiting talents,the integration of scientific management and humanistic care,and the social effect of multi-input into cultural undertakings.
