摘  要:阻尼合金因其优良的阻尼性能,已越来越多地应用于工程结构减振中。为研究安装方式对阻尼合金减振特性的影响,采用锤击法模态试验,研究安装阻尼合金板前后以及不同安装方式下平板结构的固有频率和阻尼比变化;采用正弦定频激振的试验方法,测试固有频率和非固有频率下采用不同安装方式的试样振动加速度响应。试验数据表明,全面积粘贴法能有效提高平板结构的模态阻尼比、降低其宽频振动响应幅值;而边缘焊接的试样其减振作用无法涵盖整个频带,在特定频率下响应幅值反而增大,因此在工程应用中需根据实际结构的减振需求而特别设计。研究结果可为阻尼合金在工程应用中的安装方式提供一定的参考。Damping alloy is widely applied in vibration mitigation field due to its good damping properties.In this study,tests were developed to investigate the effects of installation methods of the damping alloy plates on their vibration absorption properties.Modal frequency and damping ratio were obtained by hammering test.Vibration acceleration response was measured through sinusoidal excitation test with a constant frequency.The test data shows that the plate with full-area bonded damping alloy can improve the damping ratio effectively and reduce the acceleration response dramatically in a wide frequency band.The plate structure with the damping alloy bonded or welded only at the edge can provide good damping properties only in some special frequency ranges and it may amplify the amplitude response in the other frequency ranges.Therefore,special design is needed when the damping alloy is applied in engineering by welding method.This research provides a good reference for the installation methods of damping alloys.
