摘　　要：失地农民的可持续生计问题是社会发展过程中亟须解决的重要难题。目前,在失地农民培训方面还存在着政府低效供给、培训机制不健全、就业稳定性差、资金使用效率不高等问题,没有真正解决失地农民的可持续生计问题。由专业的教育机构和职业学校开展失地农民继续教育培训,帮助其实现稳定就业是解决问题的关键。在国家政策支持下,构建由政府主导,学校、企业和社区共同参与的失地农民继续教育培训机制,为解决当前失地农民可持续生计问题探索新的路径。The sustainable livelihood of land-lost farmers is an important problem that needs to be solved urgently in the process of social development. At present, there are still some problems in the training of land-lost farmers, such as inefficient government supply, imperfect training mechanism, poor employment stability and inefficient use of funds, which do not really solve the problem of sustainable livelihood of land-lost farmers. It is the key to solve the problem that professional educational institutions and vocational schools carry out continuing education and training for land-lost farmers and help them achieve stable employment. With the support of national policy, we should build a continuing education and training mechanism for land-lost farmers, which is led by the government and participated by schools, enterprises and communities, to explore a new way to solve the current problem of sustainable livelihood of land-lost farmers.
