新工科背景下高校思想政治工作育人途径探究

摘　　要：“新工科”建设以立德树人为宗旨,旨在培养德才兼备的高素质工程人才。“新工科”强调学科专业交叉融合的理念与思想政治工作要渗透到学校工作各环节的理念是一致的。高校思想政治工作是一项系统工程,需要以教书育人奠定大学生道德基石,以科研育人提升大学生科学道德素养,以实践育人提高大学生综合素质,以管理育人提升师生道德觉悟,以服务育人涵养师生品德修养,以文化育人提升大学生人文素养,以组织育人培育学生思想。The construction of the new engineering is based on moral values establishment and cultivation of people,which intended to cultivate high-quality engineering talents with both moral and professional qualities.The purpose of new engineering construction which emphasizes interdisciplinary merging is consistent with that of ideological and political work in the daily work of the school.Ideological and political work in colleges and universities is a systematic project which needs to lay a solid foundation for the college students’morality through teaching,to promote the students’scientific moral literacy through education in scientific research,to improve their comprehensive quality through practice,to improve teachers’and students’moral consciousness through management,and to cultivate their moral qualities through teaching service,to cultivate the students’humanistic accomplishment through culture education,and to enrich teachers’and students’thoughts by organizing and educating people.
