摘　　要：总结徽州教育繁盛的历史原因与现代价值,研究建立中华优秀传统文化的现代教育体系途径:技道双修、道德践履以及人文精神培养方式,为中华优秀传统文化融入现代高等教育事业,推动全国各地优秀文化资源与人才资源的开发利用,实施人才强国战略提供参考。This paper summarizes the historical reasons and contemporary values in the prosperity of Huizhou education and explores a way to establish modern education system of Chinese excellent traditional culture:the cultivation ways of the skill and morality,the moral practice and humanistic spirit,the integration of Chinese excellent traditional culture into modern higher education,promoting the development and utilization of excellent cultural resources and human resources all over the country,and implementing the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development for a reference.
