摘  要:近年来在高校实际发展的进程中,产教融合动力机制的应用受到广泛重视,可通过产业生产、知识教学相互融合,形成完善的教育工作模式,不仅可以培养优秀人才,还能为后续的可持续发展夯实基础。然而,目前在高职院校的产教融合动力机制方面,还存在很多问题,不能确保相关的动力机制应用效果,难以满足当前的时代发展需求。因此,在未来工作中应总结丰富经验,采用合理的方式提升相关的产教融合工作效果,促进人才培养工作的合理实施和发展。In recent years,in the process of the actual development of universities,the application of the power mechanism of industry and education integration has received extensive attention.Through the integration of industrial production and knowledge teaching,a perfect education mode can be formed,which can not only cultivate excellent talents,but also lay a solid foundation for the follow-up sustainable development.However,there are still many problems in the dynamic mechanism of the integration of industry and education in Higher Vocational colleges,which cannot ensure the application effect of the relevant dynamic mechanism and cannot meet the current development needs of the times.Therefore,in the future work,we should sum up rich experience,adopt reasonable ways to improve the effect of integration of industry and education,and promote the rational implementation and development of talent training.
