摘　　要：随着信息技术和互联网科技的不断发展,人类已进入了微时代,为各个行业的发展带来了更多的利润和空间。在高校管理中,辅导员扮演着重要的角色,但是想要全面促进高校学生综合素质的全面发展,仅仅靠辅导员是远远不够的,各专业教师也应该担任其中重要的角色。该文主要研究微时代高校辅导员与专业教师之间沟通合作机制建立的意义和措施。With the continuous development of information technology and Internet technology,human beings have entered a micro-era,bringing more profits and space for the development of various industries.In the management of colleges and universities,counselors play an important role,but in order to comprehensively promote the overall development of College Students'comprehensive quality,it is far from enough to rely solely on counselors,and professional teachers should also play an important role.This paper mainly studies the significance and measures of establishing communication and cooperation mechanism between college counselors and professional teachers in micro-era.
