摘　　要：《中国历史文选》课程是高校历史专业的专业基础课,培养学生的断句与翻译能力是该课程的任务之一。要正确断句,应反复阅读,正确理解词句的含义,内容符合情理,标点符合古汉语语法和音韵。翻译主要有直译和意译两种方法,应坚持“信”“达”“雅”原则。Selected Works of Chinese History is a professional basic course for history majors.One of the tasks of this course is to cultivate students'ability to punctuate sentences and translate.To correctly punctuate sentences,one should read them over and over again,correctly understand the meaning of words and sentences,make the content reasonable,and make punctuation conform to the grammar and rhyme of ancient Chinese.Translation mainly includes literal translation and free translation,which should adhere to the principles of faithfulness,coherence and elegance.
