摘 要:开放教育的实践教学既不同于全日制高等教育学校的教学实践,又有别于企业的岗位业务培训,具有其独特性。其先天不足的实践教学体系设计与技能培养的客观现实急需,促使学校在实践教学理念更新、课程实施灵活多维、师资力量开放整合、教学评价多元合一等方面进行改革创新,重构符合开放教育特点的专业实践教学体系,探索建立泛在的实践教学场景、实践教学指导团队和组织评价方式,突破开放教育的实践教学瓶颈,真正达成人人皆学、时时能学、处处可学的开放教育目标。The practice teaching of open education is not only different from the teaching practice of full-time higher education schools, but also different from the job training of enterprises, it is unique. The design of practice teaching system with intrinsic shortcomings and the objective reality of skills training, prompt the schools to carry out the reforms and innovations in the renewal of practical teaching concepts, flexible and multidimensional curriculum implementation, open and integrated teacher strength, and themultivariant as one of teaching evaluation, reconstruct the professional practice teaching system that conforms to the characteristics of open education, explore the establishment of an ubiquitous practice teaching scene, practical teaching guidance team, and organizational evaluation methods, and break through the bottleneck of open education practice teaching so as to achieve the open education objective that everyone can learn, learn from time to time, and learn everywhere.
