摘  要:新工科建设的开启对人才培养提出了更高的要求,高校也面临着新的机遇和挑战。班导师既能参与学生的思想政治教育和日常管理工作,又能发挥自己的专业特长,在专业方面给学生提供更多的指导和帮助。本文结合自身班导师工作的实践进行深入的思考,认为班导师制度的实施有利于激发学生的创新潜能,培养学生的科研素养和团队意识,从而提高学生的综合素质。Higher demands for talent cultivation has been claimed with the opening of emerging engineering construction,and colleges and universities are also facing new opportunities and challenges.Class tutors can not only participate in students ideological and political education and daily management work,but also give students more guidance and help in professional aspects from a professional point of view.Based on the practice of my own class tutor and deep reflection,it was considered that the implementation of class tutor system was benefit to stimulate students innovative potential,cultivate students scientific research quality and team awareness,and improve students comprehensive quality.
