新加坡职业教育的研究与启示——以新加坡南洋理工学院为例

摘　　要：高等职业教育主要是培养高层次的实用型、技术型人才。研究发现,新加坡南阳理工学院在教学理念和办学特色等方面较为突出建立了"教学工厂"和"无界化"校园等先进的教学理念,实现了真正意义上的"双轨制"教学模式,并完善了可持续发展的师资队伍。除此之外,学校还建立了较为完备的通识课程体系以实现人的终生教育持续发展。Higher vocational education is mainly for the purpose of training high-level practical and technical talents. Through investigation on vocational education in Nanyang Polytechnic, the college is proved to be outstanding in terms of teaching concepts and school-running characteristics with establishment of advanced concepts such as teaching factory and unbounded campus, which realizes the real "double track" teaching mode and perfects sustainable teaching teams. Besides, it has also established a relatively complete general curriculum system so as to realize life-long education and sustainable development for talents.
