思维导图结合案例教学法在耳鼻咽喉科的应用

摘　　要：住院医师的临床医学教学是他们医生职业生涯的关键部分,结合所学理论知识,做好临床思维的培养,是临床医学教学中最重要的问题。耳鼻咽喉科学专业性强,内容涉及的器官较多,不容易记忆和理解。案例教学法是目前临床医学教学中比较新颖的教学方法,由于其贴近临床实际并且生动灵活的优点,取得了很好的教学效果;思维导图是一种简单有效的思维工具,条理清晰地概括内容是其特点。将案例教学法与思维导图二者结合起来应用于耳鼻咽喉科学的临床教学中,借助思维导图归纳梳理、增强记忆的优势,将案例教学法更好地实施,以期提升临床学习效率和学习效果。Clinical medicine teaching is the key component of a resident’s career.Combination of the theoretical knowledge and the cultivation of clinical thinking is the most important problem in clinical medicine teaching.Otolaryngology is highly professional,the content involves more organs,is not easy to remember and understand.CBL is a widely used teaching method,and mindmap is an advanced thinking tool.Combination of mindmap and CBL in clinical medicine teaching of otolaryngology is an effective pattern.By means of mindmap to generate and enhance the advantages of memory,the CBL is better implemented in order to improve the efficiency and learning effect of clinical medicine learning.
